I saw a copy of the February 1997 issue of Stocks in the Spotlight. On page 3 they did a 1/2 page writeup on Pheonix Resources. In summary they said PRTI is getting the "to Spotlight spot". This is do to the recent press releases.

The fellow who writes the column said he has been following the company for a while, going back to the HURI days.
