The key element seems to be earnings per share (either actual or fully diluted), but
shares which are authorized but have not been issued do not enter into either of these
calculations.>>>>>>>that is my point, 66 percent of the authorized shares in this company are yet to be issued. If my some magic the price per share reaches the four dollar level the company at that point holds the power to reduce the price per share by selling the balance of the authorized shares (20 million). THE sheer number of authorized shares is much to high for the earning potential of this company, for that matter the issued shares are way to high for this company's potential earnings. I agree with your above statement but I think that one must look beon the earnings per share to attract additional investors. Remember, the company put a moratorium of one year on the sale of additional shares, their logic was too fold, the first to pacify the existing stockholders, the second was to slow or stop the dilution which in turn they felt would stabilize the price per share. I believe if you think in those terms you may agree that by removing the hammer of the (20million),will enhance investor confidence.
I posted the news release on NHMC because no one thought that they would do a reverse with 18 million outstanding and a first-quarter profit of 1.4 million. I should add that I own a great deal of stock in this company.
