George, I find it very interesting that 4 of the 62 children received Neuprex and yet were not enrolled. I may be wrong, but when you are dealing with very sick patients who are literally spiraling down before your eyes, you can become both desperate and emotional. How did the 4 receive Neuprex? I suspect a very dedicated ER doc or intensivist demanded the drug in a last ditch effort to save a life. This tells me that the people dealing with these children could see clearly who was receiving a placebo and who was receiving Neuprex.
