The 20 million unissued shares are a two edge sword.

Yes those shares could be issued in the future. The question is for what? An aquisition. If TSIS was going to buy a competitor... those shares are currency. However that would increase share holder value. (positive use of unissued shares)

Also...TSIS is profitable and presently has no reason to sell shares. I do feel that by next spring they will be buying back shares with all the excess cash.

And you cannot compare TSIS to National Health

First of all National Health was a pump & dump stock 2 years ago. Plus they are growing but loosing substantial money every quarter.
