Jay,

I talked to that woman again. She was not able to put me in touch with the accountant, because he was in a meeting. She went to the annual report and told me that current liabilities are $29,000,000. The takover of Toledo Pickling encompasses the majority of that stock.

I asked her if she knew of any new acquisitions that may be happening and she told me that there were none.

I also asked her if she would be privy to the private dealings that happens in the company and she said no.

I asked her if she knew what the accountant was meeting about and she didn't know.

I asked her what the closing price of her company's stock was today and she said $0.09. --The stock closed today at $0.18.

I asked her if she knew that the volume of shares has increased dramatically over the past week or so and she was not aware.

Jay, you are using this woman to base your judgment that this company is a bad investment. I think I clearly proved that this woman is not a source of any kind. She is only a receptionist. Not that being a receptionist is bad, but she doesn't run the company; she answers phones.

I encourage anyone to call the company and you will come to the conclusion that I did. I plan on calling tomorrow and talking to one of the officers. I will let you know what I find out.
