I don't. The treasury is one of a host of buyers and sellers in the currency market. Since everything on earth is ultimately priced in dollars, no single buyer or seller can muscle the market upwards for more than a few seconds.

My post was a gloat that perhaps the Treasury is about to discover this, in public.
