I agree with your concerns about the severe write down in the value of share capital. Strange that they waited to drop this on us now, after they hit us for more money in the recent rights offering. I voted against this resolution, as did my wife. As for the stock options, I am not as concerned, as the number they are talking about is insignificant. I can't recall if they quoted a price on these options? If at 50 cents, I will be furious, because you and I, and many other shareholders who hold ELI at average prices well over $3.00 will only sit and cry (laugh?) as Management cashes in and doubles their money at a meagre $1, down the road. Troubling and pathetic, really. I intend to be at the AGM and will raise a stink. Regards.
