From Symbionic on RB: Hwang has no intentions of leaving TSIG. He has landed a contract which has given TSIG a $150,000.00 imedieate injection and the entire deal is for $1.5MM. Also, Hwang is getting funding on Tuesday and it appears that he will be executing a few more deals next week. Here's my take: Hwang stays, Dr. Frankel and a representative of the private placement receives full voting board approval, R. Gordon remains. Signature goes full live on Friday, June 4th and 20 - 25 new distributors sign contracts with TSIG. Second quarter revenues total about $653,994.00. Hope this helps. It will happen. Hope this helps.
