MB, I think if they really knew, they'd all blame Gates. <g> The bloatware has gotten way out of hand. And assigning key parts of app's to Windows OS is a real problem. I have a theory that users are becoming reluctant to upgrade because of the difficulty in porting their applications and files to a new PC OS. I don't think you can use a backup tape or CD to load on top of a new OS without numerous problems. You're almost forced to reload all your app's from scratch. (And I don't even know where half my PIN's are). <g>
Over time I've learned to live with all the idiot-syncracy's of my machine. I'm not in any hurry to start over. I think a lot of people may have the same reluctance. If it ain't broke.....
