Colleen, Off topic but a good topic none-the-less. “a good red beer”? Got it! I have enjoyed Dos XX for several years now. Ice cold and in the bottle. Just squeeze in the juice from a wedge of lime then squeeze in the wedge too. (saves on the clean up time) best damn “red” beer going for my taste. Use a frosted mug if you just can't do the bottle thing but do not skip the lime. Try a bottle or two of the Noche Buena during the holidays too.
