Financing......

Hi Pete: I am new to this thread but I have a few questions that you might be able to answer for me as you appear quite knowledgeable about this company. Have you been able to learn anything about the financing that is required by NGAM before the NASDAQ Listing? Have they hired an Investment Banker to arrange for this financing? Also are you aware that Northern Gaming owes one of its creditors, Dion Entertainment, a publicly listed company on the TSE, symbol "DIO", $3 million. If so do you know the status of this payment?
