The company has entered into an investor relations contract with Peter Kepkay of Vancouver, B.C., effective May 10, 1999, to perform investor relations services for the company. The total compensation for this individual providing investor relations services will be $1,000 per month, which will be paid from general working capital, and the term of employment will be on a monthly basis. Mr. Kepkay does not have any interest, direct or indirect, in the company or its securities, or any right to acquire such an interest.
