Frank, I think that things are getting a little out of hand. What in the world would be the point in suing Michael Dell, and for what? Dell continues to deliver growth.

You are undoubtedly upset that the stock price is down. And if you are like me, you are none to thrilled that Dell cut it's prices to the point where gross margin decreased by 90 basis points. But let's not forget certain things: Dell is the fastest growing computer maker out there; Dell is the most profitable computer manufacturer out there; Dell has the best financial management of any tech company; Dell has not misled investors. So what, specifically, is the problem?

If it's the stock price, then look to the people who have been selling. Just remember, high growth stocks are also high risk stocks. They move down disproportionately fast in down markets. You cannot expect to invest in a sector characterized by high beta and high P/E ratios without the expectation of high volatility.
