The company is giving up alot of shares to fund the lawsuit, goon-line and the kiosk project. The good thing about it is that most of the shares are locked up for a year or more and are in strong hands.
They are extra motivators to ensure that share price will be much higher in the future.
Lets do some figuring

49 Million * .04 = 1.96 Million value back in November
80 Million * .50 = 40 Million value (NOW)
100 Million (Max Outstanding allowed) * .50 = 50 Million value

I think that is very fair valuation for this company! The potential is there for this to be a Big Big Company down the road.
The future growth of revenues and then earnings will propel our JNNE much higher. Amazon.com is loosing money big time yet it has very high valuations. You're still crying wolf but you can keep trying because the truth of the matter is, the market has said for the last month nearly, that we are fairly valued at this level. When the wave of anouncements come over the month of June we will go to much higher valuations. Your trying to call the peak and your not even close, because you are trying to apply Blue Chip principles to stocks that do not behave that way. They are growth companies and that means they don't give dividends and don't generally have earnings that solely support the company. They sell shares to get working capital to grow the company at an accelerated rate. What you are going to witness is the exponential growth of a fledgling company to a level that dreams are made of. Can it get ahead of itself. Yes, .95 was alittle much of a move from .06. But as things develop, .95 will be cheap and we are going to see >>> $1.00.

Remember there's a 60 Million dollar lawsuit that JNNE has a very good case and will probably win.
