Company visit:

I had the pleasure of meeting with all levels of TGCC mgt. over the past week. I met with pretty much the entire team of top and middle mgt.

I must say that I was very impressed with their focus on their game plan and how they are going to carry it out.

Re: Technology

Grant is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever met. I have never seen a man in his position so enthused with what he is doing which I believe cascades down to all of his employees and those in the Co who work along side of him.

They know where they need to focus their efforts and are doing so in the R&D phase so that marketing can do their job as the market progresses. I am confident these guys can focus on the key areas to stay ahead of the competition.

Financing:

Lead mgt in this Co is doing a good job at promoting the Co's capabilities and focusing on this issue allowing middle mgt the opportunity to promote the Co and explore the further growth possibilities and capture the opportunities as they arise. In other words, Paul and Dave may be making a lot of the final decisions but they are allowing middle mgt the lea way to explore many possibilities and present what they think is the best to upper mgt for their final approval. Lead mgt understands where the market is going and what their position should be in the market going forward relative to R&D, Mfg, Sales and Marketing etc.

This is important because the top can not do everything and it appears that upper mgt trusts middle mgt to make good decisions and after meeting them I feel that they will do good DD on their opportunities presented before them. This is one area that I didn't get to complete my DD on but should do so in the near future.

Marketing:

Because my background is in Engineering and Marketing, I use to give this Co a bad rap on marketing. After many discussions I now understand the game plan and am confident that these guys will address the marketing issue and will do so as required in due time. It goes back to the old saying you must walk before you run. I must agree! I think the race has started but nobody is at the starting gate but TGCC. They will walk and then with the R&D and Marketing ideas they have in mind they will run when they feel it is truly time to do so. Do not underestimate the abilities of this Co but you must be patient, as I am. They will unleash this giant when it is time.

IMO, ( and you must understand that I am a long term investor) it won't be long before these guys take the investing world by storm. You invest in Co's like this for where they are going to be in one to two years and you don't look back. In other words, if you buy at 13 or 15 it really doesn't matter, in 2 years it will make little difference.

In summary,

I've got to tell you, I've never been more intrigued in my entire investing life which has been some 18 years. Obviously the BOD/AC (Board of Directors and Advisory Counsel)
feel the same way. Look at their credentials.

It works and it works like a champ!!!!!

If they stay focused on the markets and the internal requirments of their duties, we have something big here!!!

Good luck to all and thanks for the opportunity to witness this true breakthrough in technology!

Regards!
