And now the response we have been waiting for! This is cut straight out of the return e-mail from Jayne.(thanks to the kind person who told me how)

I will be happy to provide some draft language and will do so in a follow up
email. As I mentioned, if we can muster a call for more than half a million
shares we might have an effect. Less than half a million won't be effective
in our case, according to our counsel. The company supports this effort
and will show its support by participating in distributing the request of
shareholders to hold their positions in share certificates instead of in
street name.

Jayne stated that If we/I put together a letter making the request of shareholders that she would fax it to the shareholder list. I'm not much for letter writing. Anyone want to help me out,Monte? Daaan? Sam?

O kay guys the time has come. LONES counsel said at least 1/2 million to be effective. I say we can pull 2 million easy if we all get together. If 1/2 million will have an effect what will 2 + do. We need everyone who supports this company to belly up. Whether you own one thousand or one hundred thousand. Alot more people own 1 thousand than own one hundred thousand. Lets kick some butt! It is very simple to do just call your broker or customer service dept for E-traders and tell them that you want your shares of LONE issued to you in your name. Ask them all the questions you want that's what they are there for. If you want/need to sell them simply sign them back to your broker and overnight them to them. When they recieve them they will be available for trade the next business day. I have been here for two years so 2 days is not going to effect me or most of you. This is how it works at NDB but call your broker they may be different. Please let us know when you have called your certificates so we can monitor progress. You do not have to say how much but if you want to you can. I called 225k already and I am going to call the rest I bought the other day. So we are started! Lets make this thing roll. REMEMBER EVERY SHARE COUNTS IF 500 THOUSAND CAN HAVE AN EFFECT IMAGINE WHAT SEVERAL MILLION MIGHT DO! It is time that shareholders got together and drove these scumbags away. Probably for the first time since the advent of internet, sharholders can communicate, unite and fight back. Please we/LONE needs your support. We are counting on you. ALL OF YOU. And please don't say you called for your certificates if you didn't. If you don't want to don't but at least be straight about it so we can monitor our own progress. It may take a couple of weeks to get them and I bet it will be a real interesting
two weeks. If you buy more ask for the certificates then.

Lets sound off and get this thing rolling! WHO"S IN?
