(OTC Bulletin Board: ABFG - news; ABFG) announces that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. of Madagascar for $4,000,000.00 consisting of cash and Rule 144 restricted shares. The acquisition of Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. (S & W) provides ABFG with 37 properties (concessions) containing sapphire deposits. Each property or concession is 2.5 km by 2.5 km.
