INCE - float 27 mil - .05x.049 (yes the bid is higher than the ask) - by Menion - Huge news by one of its subsidiaries (NPCT) yesterday. NPCT is trading almost 8 times higher than INCE! Something I think we'll start rectifying tomorrow.
