I really like the idea of the no collars, hoping INF isn't stuck in the 26 range for 3 months, waiting for this deal to close. Now let's say INF's stock goes up to say 30, then wouldn't they not have to issue as many shares to cover the buyout price. Or because of the no collar, OSI should move in lock step with INF and the same amount of shares will have to be issued regardless, because the buyout price would be higher, but with a stock that is at a higher price. Just trying to get a handle of the dilutive factor. Am I making sense??
