Oh, really?

A year ago the stock had 38 million shares out, with 28 million in the float: #reply-4531124

Now the figures are 75 million outstanding, 50 million in the float, according to the poster who called the transfer agent today. As wallstreeter would say, 50 million in the float is an awful lot to try to move: #reply-4665169

So... in the past year 37 million shares have been issued, and 22 million have been added to the float.

It appears that most of the new shares have wound up in the float, and were not restricted.

Why and how...?

"When" is a bit easier to figure. Look at the volume chart related to price: cbs.marketwatch.com

End of February/beginning of March... huge volume yet no real price move? Hmmmmm....
