To Jacab, Frank, Jeff and others. Has anyone heard the detail of the ASDL deal? I heard that the another REG S is how Global Intellicom is going to finance the deal. Can any of you fellow GBIT investor check with your sources to see if this is true. P.S. I have heard that additional revenue from ASDL will be 40,000,000. Dave M
