"I submit this is not the kind of government with whom the US should have "normal" relations."

What kind of relationship should the US have with China when the rest of Asia, Europe (including Russia), the Middle East, and South America are attempting to build strong relationships with China. The sole 'real' obstacle to their WTO entry has been the US.
