Check out stockcharts.com for a dynamic chart on the S&P Sector SPDRs that allows you to change the starting point on the comparison. Right now, it only goes back to December 22 when the SPDRs actually started trading. We are working on back-calculating data based on the component weightings and hope to have 6-12 months of data shortly.

Even with the small amount of data we currently have, you can see the rise (and fall) of first the Techs, then the Energy sector, and now the Industrials.

BTW, if the chart seems too cluttered, click on the label in the legend to toggle a line off and on.
