Bob, I understood exactly what you did. I determined the present value of that stream of earnings by discounting all the numbers by 30% per year for each year's numbers (except I used minus $4 for the first two years) -- to give less than $20 PV. 30% is the minimum discount rate I would use, and I would not object to 50%.
