Ian, this thread has sure been quiet lately! Maybe someone else can put in their 02-cents worth on the recent rise in CAV, but this is what I see. Unfortunate flood victims in Kentucky who lost homes (70,000 homes lost according to CNN), will need to secure replacements quickly. Mobile homes represent the fastest way to secure good comfortable shelter. Many people who lost a house will either convert to a mobile home for fincacial or other reasons, or buy a mobile home while they rebuild. For the most part, good used mobile homes will not be available in the area. Regional mobile-home manufacturers will almost surely be working overtime to meet the demand. CAV, as well as other near-by manufacturers will be in good a position to supply a number of these replacement homes. Will CAV be able to keep up with demand? Does the "smart money" see CAV with its good fundamentals and this opportunity (sorry if I sound like an ambulance chaser) as a time to get in, or increase their positions? Has anyone talked with CAV's investor relations lately? What do you think?

Forrest
