Hi Chris, Well, I don't actually know what I'm talking about, of course, but from what I had read previously, I thought that Kodak also offered forms processing and was competing against TiS in project bids. By aligning with Kodak, TiS, I think, has eliminated the potential competition that Kodak might offer in forms processing. It would be interesting to know what the actual deal is. Either way, TiS is actively working to develop their position in the market. And, as usual, TiS has timed their move to correspond with a market meltdown. I am out of the market again - except for the Tisaw warrants, of course.
