**TO ALL--VERY IMPORTANT** I just got off the phone with Martin Frankel and he has been conversing with TSIG today and tonight. There will be a Board of Directors meeting in the morning. The proposed appointment of Martin to the board will be brought to a vote. With the expected approval of the board members Martin Frankel will accept the position to be an immediate full voting member of the Board of Directors of TSIG. There should be a PR released as soon as possible after the approval process and the adjournment of the meeting. I wish, along with Martin, to thank everyone that has shown their steadfast support in this requested appointment. I also wish to express my thanks to TSIG for their response to the wishes of the shareholders in honoring their request. Bob
