First ...hope that all is well!

I have come across a piece of information that I thought spoke volumes and wanted to relay it directly to you. And BTW ... I suggest anybody short this stock take note !!

Today I contacted Mr. Dave Wetmore - President of Behre Dolbear (Canada). Mr. Wetmore is a very kind gentleman and a pleasure to speak to .... well, today I put the following statement/question to him.

QUESTION

As of a few days ago, Dr. Sam Shaw was now part of the IPM team. Having known Dr. Shaw for many years and being aware of his credentials, do you believe that Dr. Shaw would become invloved with IPM if it were not a legitimate operation?

ANSWER (not exactly verbatim, but very close)

"Sam would NOT become affiliated with IPM if he thought that the company was not a legitimate well run operation with a good/reasonable chance of success - **he doesn't have to" **.

Note .... ***he does not have to !!!***

QUESTION ll

Would it be fair to say that Dr. Shaw is there because he is intrigued with the science and he would find it exciting to be part of something that may be new and important?

ANSWER

Yes ... I would say that that would characterize Dr. Shaw.

These are the words from a man that has worked with and known Dr. Shaw for many years ..... knows his nature, knows what makes him tick - and can accurately testify to the nature of Dr. Shaw's character.

Thought that you and the rest of the IPM group would like to hear that .... I know I did.
