Miles companies do not commit fraud,

However, think of what SEC could have done. They could have pulled GE off the exchanges indefinitely ( sp?) But, the fact of the matter is that the SEC did not have any ammo to can them.

Miles they rarely can the company, read the following court decision, hopefully that will straiten your thinking out re possible fraud

Sure current and previous presidents have been charged.

They may end up with lifetime trading bans, not yet decided, jail NO WAY.

Is it economical, my opinion nope, but that as DGL would say is uneducated and I agree with him.

I may have been born at night but not last night the old guts telling me if it is too good ,,,,,,,, well even a youngster like yourself knows the ending to that one.
