Just speculating on one possible reason why crn would be at this point in the TSE lineup, that they may be somewhat connected ... then again, maybe they applied a long time ago and it's their turn, or ..... well, i suppose i am a bit lost myself, seems to me that bit and wsp are both more advanced and substantial companies and they've both applied, i think .... crn does seem a reasonably honest effort, and they did have that one great hole way back when.
