Thanks Tom, I appreciate it. I had been looking for a summary. I have always been very impressed with Jim Grant and I wish that he had more visibility. Grant's Interest Rate Observer has quite a high price tag. I have read all four of Jim's books. It sure was great when he was a regular weekly guest on CNN's business morning. I miss that. Maybe Fleck can get a cyber "hello" from Jim for the MB and Myth threads.
