Quahog, it sounds like a reasonable business. Only the low margin for error and the high percentage of assets that are intangible are issues.

There is so little cash on hand, but pretty significant inventory. I just don't like the shape of the balance sheet.

Of course they sell something and that counts for something. I just wouldn't buy it myself for the above reasons.

That said, I remember seeing H&Q recommending KING recently (what made me look).
