What? You never read them? Then why are you "providing analysis" on them?

If he wanted, he could sell against the block, but it is possible that such sales would have to be filed with the SEC, I do not know the rules on that.

Well, I must say that while you are far more knowledgeable than I am re: financing, your "expert" status has taken a huge nosedive.

FWIW, I don't know myself if such a filing would be required. I could have sworn I read somewhere that a private transaction would not require any filing. But I've been unable to find that reference again. Will keep looking, if time permits.
