Ellen, I never read the actual debt instrument paper because it was not on the SEC file (it would often be an 8-k filing). I am not sure why you attach to me an "expert" status, nor do I understand why you are so riled. In any event, I have not found a single form 4 SEC filing, thus there must be ways in which insiders can sell stock without notifying the SEC of each sales transaction, its date and price. Probably the many S-8 filing serve the same purpose.
