I have never used an acidophilus douche, but I know you can use yogurt as a treatment for yeast infections. Get a vaginal applicator from the drug store, fill it with yogurt, and insert with plain healthfood store yogurt. I don't think it matters if it is lowfat. LOL. Do this at bedtime, as it will leak out when you walk.
