Unverifiable. Float = outstanding less restricted. Don't think any is restricted.

He personally owns over 97% of the company.

What filing can I read that in?

One of the reasons that the stock is currently being held down is due to a short position among at least a couple of the stock's market makers.

I always love this one. Blame it on the MM's rather than the company with no financials and no earnings. Please tell me how to verify the short position.

OKTI is willing and able to acquire virtually any type of company or project, as long as it will be profitable for OKTI's shareholders.

And these companies all want to sell their profitable business to OKTI for a bargain, correct?. And how are these companies being paid for, with stock that will be added to the float?

while I cannot go into detail, it appears that several mergers and acquisitions may be made public within the next few weeks. I believe that a news release may be released early next week, with a couple to
follow shortly.
