Hopefully all the flippers are gone.

I think the majority of buyers with an average below a buck have sold off. Hopefully the current holders are all in between $1 to $2. That way, they'll be less inclined to sell below $5. I know of a ton of people who are watching this stock, both domestic and international contacts. However, they will require substantial news before buying.
A signing with Hydro Quebec would do the trick. So let's hope for the best.
