I have never seen anything quite like it before. But I don't like it. I had a VERY hard time Trading in and out of the stock yesterday. What this tells me is that the MM's do not feel good about holding INCE. LOOK at MVEE for today. I think they are getting to run it. Plus you can get in and out real fast with large blocks
