Dennis, I have a sneaking suspicion that Inet stocks will slowlt move up today. People in the know, know that interest rates are not going up. Economy is good. Eps Q2is coming. They may not wait till Tues. I think prices will slowly dift up. Most of the weak hands are off-board now.
At the end of the day AOL may close at 118-120 and open up nest week at 125+: too late to buy it at these prices. Just my humble opinion.
( I liked how the inets barely moved yesterday with Dow tanking 235 points. Same old same old: Economy is moving to the net. Old companies have to reinvent themselves ),

Good Morning Annette

Words for Friday, we have several negative factors gaining speed.
The S&P is trading under 1300 and the Russell-2000 looks like
it did a double top at 450 and has now reversed downward. We
are definitely at a critical point in the market direction and
we have a long weekend staring us in the face. I think internet stocks have
bottomed or are very close but I wouldn't start any new positions until Tuesday the
earliest. I expect low volume with this afternoon acting like a sleepwalk. But on low
volume we may get some exagerateded swings. I'm going for a walk on the beach (I
live in Florida) and will get serious starting Tuesday.

Have a nice holiday weekend everyone,
Dennis

PS I DON'T see a rise in interest rates in the near future.
