Now, Frank, perhaps such hyperbole a bit overdone... I'll give MD the benefit of the doubt, as follows: 1) He changed the way business is done here, and executed that brilliantly 2) He's young and as ed points out, not cunningly cannily ruthless like Gerstner or Armstrong, but I'll assume until now he hasn't had to develop that kind of ruthlessness. Maybe it's not in him, but maybe it is. I'll give him a chance. 3) If I were him, I'd be planning changes or an acquisition now but thinking it out very carefully. Give him a little time to make his move. Look at the entire history of this company. Be...a mite less...hysterical! Jill
