The agreement is clearly in the 10k instead of in an 8-k

If there was a 8-k, it would have been referred to in the 10k as would any other filing of that business calendar.

My interpretation of your last post was that since you couldn't find the 8-k, you didn't read the "actual debt agreement" since the 8-k didn't exist.

How can your words that you "...never read the actual debt instrument paper..." be construed any other way?

Anyone who reads these three parts referenced in my prior post, can quickly ascertain that this is the "actual debt agreement" which you now have said that you have read per this statement..."I read this part".

In addition, "my language" purposely excluded you from "threats" so you are mistaken about on which borders my language lies.

Sincerely,

ztect
