lol...nothing has changed. The only correction was the word resigns. He always was going to stay chairman. Just stepped down from the CEO job.

May 27, 1999, SGI International (OTC BB:SGII - news) said Joseph A. Savoca retired as chief executive officer. Mr. Savoca will, however, remain chairman. Michael L. Rose, SGII's president and chief operating officer, was appointed CEO.

Earlier, Standard & Poor's incorrectly reported that the CEO resigned.
