Don-

It is my understanding that this week's price and volume drop are due to the ceased buying by the possible bidder(s), and general profit-taking. After all, the stock did climb more than 40% last week.

My plan with the March 10 calls is to hold on. They expire next Friday, but I expect we'll read/hear something today or tomorrow. I could take a small profit in options right now, but I'm interested in waiting for the stock to move above 10.

The 13D would appear in NM's archive:

Regarding press releases, the Fitness Flyer/Rider ordeal is a minor issue overall, IMO. The increase in programming abroad is very positive.

The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that NM has had a 27% increase in insider holdings over the past 24 weeks, most coming in the past 3 months, since the stock crashed in late December. It's generally true that if the insiders think the stock is worth buying, we outsiders should buy as well.
