ztect, put this to bed, in my original statement I have made it clear that I could not find a ceiling, but I do not know if one exist or not, I simply do not know everything, what else do you want, to make a statement that I am absolutely sure no ceiling exist? In most of these floorless situations ceiling are set (typically they would read: "the conversion rate will be at the lower of..." and few sets of conversion rates would be listed), in this one I have not found that language. It is either not there, or I missed it, or it maybe somewhere else which I have not found. Is that sufficiently clear? Zeev
