Oh my, you are a smooth talker!!! lol! Actually, the product is very well packaged. The kit is nicely boxed and the containers are very nice. I like the gel and lotion tubes with the twist open caps. All jars come with little spatulas because she warns not to contaminate the creams with your fingers. It can cause bacteria to grow in the cream. Very well written instruction brochures come with all products and a booklet with the kit. I'm just sick Chantal could not manage this company and let it get to this point. I hope she can turn it around someday. KS
