Runup revisited: We had that price runup on May 5. Now when I go to yahoo insider trading biz.yahoo.com I see that John DeSantis has an entry on May 5. But it does not indicate buy or sell. Then, around May 14, NCD's website starts to "feature" checking out what their stock is doing. With any luck, we'll finally start moving. (Oh. And I didn't mean downward :-( )
