Julius, I believe Yanshan Shihua (byh) is going to do just fine. As I said before, this is one of the biggest companies in Beijing area and in the industry. The Gov relies on it for the products and for employment opportunities which concern Beijing area's social stability. For that reason, the gov will seriously implement measures to support companies like this and suppress any smuggling that may cause harm to them. Nuclear theft issue should not inhibit "engagement" policy. It will be business as usual and maybe more business after this, imho.
