Joe... I think you are honest..but this picture you are painting of MAN is not true.

First MAN is an operator, produces 25,000 ounces of gold a year and have positive cash flows (several times what MGAU will have in 99). They will be producing for 10 years there...and will benefit from the higher gold prices that are coming. They also have more than 1 million ounces of resources on their other Mexican properties.

Their properties in Peru are huge and have a lot of potential. One of them has one anomaly with drill-indicated resources of 42M tons with a metal value of $3 billions. IOW, we know what is there.

MAN has no debt with $4M in the bank.

MAN current market value is well supported by its assets. When you can say the same about MGAU US$50M market cap... let me know.
