Howard,

I agree regarding her incompetence, but we don't know all that went on. She is a scientist and I think I read that she has a law degree. But I also feel she may have been taken in by some good con men. We'll never know the whole truth, but she is no business manager and we shareholders should have taken actions to have her replaced. Makes more sense than class action suits which destroys the company and only makes attorneys rich...IMHO. I know of another company whose shareholders are going to court to have the judge replace the CEO and board, in other words, place the co. into receivership. That way, the company and shareholders have a chance at a turnaround (and CHTL could be a very viable and profitable company). Shareholders contributed an amount depending on the # shares held to pay for the attorney, and it seems to be working!
