Yes there is apprx. 278M OS and I believe over half of that is held in friendly hands and officers. I specifically asked if a RS was in the future and I was told no they have control of the company and the shares OS is a good capitalization for the compnay. Fully repoting and liquid as heck ... I got 80K which is only 1600 bucks and they filled it in 30K and 50K and it up ticked. That shows me it is tightly held ... also for the pass few weeks it has been slowly been accumulated ... At least it is reporting and not going to go to the pink sheets like some of the others could. Going to read the filings over the weekend. SO far the calls I have made have me really liking this one. Plus the IR was not into hype just facts and being an IR I was feel I was able to read between the lines. He is not getting anything really but tid bits. They are in a silence period and the shareholder meeting is June 11, 1999 heck he has not gotten the agenda yet either. I know how that feels when you are the IR and the last to know. He is waiting on a news release in the near future to publish what is happening in the company. They were very excited about the SourceOne JV. :-) GB
